Carrefour Argentina wanted to redesign the eCommerce experience because of the addition of food nbeverages categories and also needed to impact the user mobile experience.
• Plan a complete design process in a 10-week design sprint.
• Redesign the eCommerce with special focus on the new requirements of foods category.
• Lead the UX/UI design team to create an amazing mobile and desktop experience.
• Collaborate with client marketing and eCommerce teams.
• UX Research: Benchmarking, user problems, stakeholder interviews, user personas, and user testings as milestones.
• UX Design: Collaborative design sessions with wireframes as weekly deliverables. Interaction design and usability heuristics.
• UI Design: Visual proposals, and deliverables ready to develop.
