Tigo, the #1 Telecom in Bolivia required to discover usability issues with the Tigo Matic, ATMs through which you can: add credit to your phone, buy a SIM card, manage your Tigo Star cable account or send money to a friend with Tigo Money.

Work

• Lead the research phase in La Paz and Santa Cruz de la Sierra, Bolivia.

• Conduct card sorting to discover information architecture problems.

• Execute user testing to identify UI issues.

• Create a report with usability issues with the service experience.

• Design high fidelity wireframes solving all the findings on the
research phase.

• Presented results and proposals to managers and directors.
